When I was a little girl, I went to my great grandma gielas House in Oklahoma. I was the first time I got to meet her. She told me of the secret cheesecake that the family makes. At the end of the day, she tough me how to make her secret repice for cheesecake. This recipe has been in our family for a long time. We are not aloud to tell anyone what is inside the cheesecake. It has won allot of blue ribbons in its time. My Great Grandma gineval was a dessert bake women. when we bake this cheesecake it is like she is with us again. My aunt Melanie has a copy of it.  She always makes one of the derserts and brings it for are family get together. The cheesecake is the best one out of all the deserts. It looks mosey and just melts in my mouth.

1 large cream cheese
1 C. sugar
1 lemon jello
1 box of Graham cracker
1 ?

1 condense milk


Lets get cooking on this cheesecake. First you have to buy the ingredients. It is not a lot of ingredients. The things you will need is condense milk, sugar, lemon jello, a secret ingredient, another secret ingredient, graham cracker, and cream cheese. You will need to get a medium sized bowl. Then put the cream cheese in a bowl with sugar and mix that together. Grab the graham crackers and crush them in a bag. Spread that in a deep pan,but don't use all of it. Then make the lemon jello and put that in the fridge for a while.Once the time has past get the jello and condense milk from the fridge. Get a new bowl that is large. Then put the condense milk in the bowl. After that is in the bowl get the lemon jello. Put the jello in the bowl of cream cheese and sugar mix that together. Then get the bowl of condense milk and fold the mix of the cream cheese together. Then add a special ingredient to the batch. Lastly pour it all into the pan and add the crackers to the top and a special topping to it. After that let it set in the fridge for an hour or more and you are ready to have cheese cake. It is fun making it with the hole family. It is a way for everyone to join in.

How this became part of are family. It is Thanksgiving everyone is at the dinner table. We are in Oklahoma having a great time. The day had just begun everyone is hard at work making a fantastic dinner. Grandma G and I are laughing and making the cheesecake. We are all having a good time telling stories. It is always fun seeing my grandma G; when we get to see her. Dinner is ready, so we sit down and eat. The food is amazing my grandma made her gravy for the turkey. We are all loving this and throwing rolls at people who wants them. After all the food has been eaten it was time for cheesecake. Everyone could not wait to taste that cheesecake. The room was silent as we ate the cheesecake and this always happens when we eat it. It is great and this is one of the deserst we like to eat.
